Last Saturday I had an appointment at B.M.I. Office furniture in Zoetermeer. I wanted a sit-stand desk from the Actiforce Elements Solid brand and a very expensive Sitland Vega Hit office chair with leather upholstery. Owner Yvo immediately said that the Actiforce was not necessary and suggested looking at a cheaper alternative with two Bosch motors and a maximum height of 130 cm. He also said that a melamine worktop was good enough. If it breaks, you can get a new worktop for €75.00 excluding VAT.He also said honestly that the Sitland Vega Hit office chair was more focused on design and less on functionality. He then showed another office chair with a high back. It had plenty of adjustment options, was comfortable and was much cheaper than the chair I had in mind.What I also liked is that my old desk and office chair are neatly disposed of after installing the sit-stand desk and office chair. And to top it all off, I get a CPU holder as a gift!Yvo's strong point is that he listens carefully to the customer and knows exactly what a customer needs. Even if you want expensive office furniture, he shows that you don't actually need it. I found that enlightening and innovative. It gave me a pleasant feeling and I will come back here in the future.Are there any points of criticism? Maybe a few minor constructive criticisms. I actually missed a nice cup of coffee. This creates more connection between customer and seller. The salesperson sometimes spoke quickly, which occasionally caused me to lose track. On the website I noticed a few dead links and spelling mistakes. This is something that B.M.I. There is little you can do about office furniture. That is the responsibility of the web designer. But to prevent potential customers from clicking away, I would recommend having it looked at.As far as I am concerned, the final conclusion is that B.M.I. Office Furniture pays attention to the customer's wishes, but at the same time ensures that you do not pay too much money. Service is also their top priority, so I would say take a look at B.M.I. Got a very nice office chair! My son is happy with it, I didn't want an expensive one so I just took a second hand one that was still in good condition. Very cheap and good service! I'll come by again for a nice desk!
